2. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

Unauthorized access or use of another user’s account is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:

4. Payment & Renewal

All services are prepaid and will not be provisioned until payment is received.

Services renew automatically on their billing cycle unless canceled before the due date.

Invoices must be paid by the due date. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

Customers may cancel services through the client portal before the next renewal date.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Domain registration, SSL certificates, and certain services are non-refundable once activated.
6. Service Availability & Uptime

IppoHost strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime, and reasonable notice will be provided when possible.

We are not responsible for downtime caused by external factors (registries, ISPs, DDoS attacks, etc.).
7. Limitation of Liability

IppoHost is not liable for:

Loss of data

Service interruptions or downtime

Security breaches beyond our reasonable control

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service purchased.
8. Data Backup & Security

IppoHost is not responsible for data loss due to user error, third-party actions, or system failures.
9. Termination of Services
