At IppoHost, we aim to provide reliable and high-quality digital services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. General Guidelines

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@ippohost.com.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds, once approved, will be credited within 7–10 business days.

  • Transaction fees, taxes, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.


2. Hosting Services

  • Shared Hosting: Eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

  • VPS Hosting: Non-refundable once provisioned. VPS involves resource allocation that cannot be reversed.

  • Reseller Hosting: Non-refundable once activated.

  • Dedicated Hosting: Non-refundable once provisioned, as servers are allocated specifically to your account.


3. Domain Services

  • Domain Registrations, Renewals, and Transfers are non-refundable once successfully processed.

  • This rule is in accordance with ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and registry policies.


4. SSL Certificates

  • SSL Certificates are non-refundable once issued by the Certificate Authority (CA).

  • If an SSL cannot be issued due to a technical error on our part, a refund or replacement will be considered.


5. Refunds Not Applicable

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The service was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Refund is requested after the applicable refund period.

  • The purchase was made using promotional credits, free trials, or discounts.

  • Service downtime or interruptions occur due to third-party issues, external attacks, or user misconfigurations.
