Cancellation Policy

At IppoHost, you may cancel your services at any time. To ensure transparency, please review the terms below before submitting a cancellation request.
1. General Guidelines

Cancellations must be submitted through the client portal or via email at support@ippohost.com.

Cancellations must be requested before the renewal date to avoid automatic billing.

Cancellation of a service does not guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility is covered under our Refund Policy.
2. Hosting Services

Shared Hosting, VPS, Reseller Hosting, and Dedicated Hosting may be canceled at any time by the account holder.

If cancellation is requested after renewal, no refunds will be provided.

For prepaid services, the account will remain active until the end of the billing period unless immediate cancellation is requested.
3. Domain Services

Domains may be canceled only before registration or renewal is processed.

Once registered, transferred, or renewed, domains cannot be canceled or refunded as per ICANN regulations.
4. SSL Certificates

SSL orders may be canceled before issuance.

Once issued by the Certificate Authority (CA), SSL certificates cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Non-Cancellable Services

Services provisioned on a custom request basis (such as custom server setups, add-ons, or third-party licenses) cannot be canceled once provisioned.
6. Termination by IppoHost
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

You breach our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

Payment is not received by the due date.

Services are used for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
In such cases, cancellation is immediate, and refunds are not provided.
